HighLevel Sub-Accounts
You may create HighLevel sub-accounts for your own agency and for legitimate clients you actively serve.
Each subaccount must represent a real business, client, project or approved use case. Sub-accounts may not be created in bulk for speculative resale, shared with unrelated agencies or used to provide unauthorized access to the A.I. Agency Insiders platform.
There is no preset per-client sub-account fee charged by A.I. Agency Insiders. However, usage-based expenses associated with each sub-account are not included unless specifically stated otherwise.
These may include:
- Phone numbers
- Calls and call minutes
- SMS and MMS messages
- Email sending
- A.I. conversation or voice usage
- Premium workflow actions
- Third-party applications
- Domain, hosting or external software expenses
- Other metered HighLevel or third-party charges
These costs are passed through according to the current usage rates and membership terms.
White-Label Service Fulfillment
You may submit eligible fulfillment requests for the clients you acquire while your membership remains active.
Eligible services are those listed in the current A.I. Agency Insiders White-Label Fulfillment Menu and may include approved HighLevel setup, workflows, websites, funnels, automations, onboarding systems and proprietary service Engines.
Fulfillment is limited to the defined scope of each service.
Custom development, extensive redesigns, advanced integrations, third-party software configuration, ongoing client management or work outside the published fulfillment menu may require a separate quote, additional fee or written approval.
Fair-Use Policy
Our fair-use policy exists to ensure that every active member receives reliable service and reasonable turnaround times.
Fair use means:
- Requests are connected to legitimate clients or active business opportunities.
- Members provide complete and accurate information before work begins.
- Projects are submitted through the required fulfillment process.
- Requests remain within the published service scope.
- Members do not submit duplicate, unnecessary or speculative projects.
- Members communicate professionally and respond when approvals or additional information are required.
- The service is not resold as raw access to other agencies or used to operate an unauthorized fulfillment marketplace.
We may schedule, prioritize, combine or limit concurrent requests when necessary to protect service quality and fulfillment capacity.
Repeated abuse, excessive out-of-scope requests, fraudulent sub-accounts or activity that negatively affects other members may result in paused fulfillment, additional charges or termination of membership access.
Turnaround Times
“Unlimited” does not mean that every request is completed immediately or that an unlimited number of projects will be worked on simultaneously.
Turnaround depends on:
- The service requested
- The complexity of the project
- The completeness of the submitted information
- The number of revisions required
- Member response and approval times
- The current fulfillment queue
The estimated turnaround for each service will be listed in the current fulfillment menu or provided when the request is accepted.
Turnaround begins only after all required information, assets, access credentials and approvals have been received.
Active Membership Requirement
HighLevel sub-account access, included systems and white-label service fulfillment benefits are available only while your A.I. Agency Insiders membership remains active and in good standing.
If your membership is canceled, expires or becomes delinquent:
- New fulfillment requests will not be accepted.
- Work on incomplete projects may be paused.
- Access to included agency systems, resources and support may end.
- HighLevel sub-accounts may need to be transferred, migrated or placed onto a separate paid plan.
- Outstanding usage charges or third-party expenses remain the member’s responsibility.
Your clients remain your clients, and A.I. Agency Insiders does not take a percentage of the revenue you collect from them.

You really don't have to. You will only have to briefly communicate with each client via email or text message until the sale is made.

After a client is sold, the system will automatically put the new client through my CARE program which will automate the entire process from sale to onboarding to service fulfillment.

No! Any expenses that the HighLevel software platform may charge for services can be directly billed to your client or "baked in" to your service fees.
Do you get a percentage of my sales?
No! Absolutely not. Your clients are yours. You can charge them whatever you like, however I do give you guidance with what to charge them. The only fee I charge is the membership fee. Everything else is included 100% for free!
Are you going to steal my clients?
No! Absolutely not. That would be unethical and totally defeat the purpose here. I want you to be successful. I'm just trying to eliminate any and all roadblocks that may stand in your way of having successful business.
Why are you willing to do so much work for so little?
Valid question. Because my ultimate goal is for you to be successful and not let anything stand in your way.
